His employers, Ladbrokes generously agreed to match the money that Trefor raised to a minimum of £12,000. On Wednesday 17th October, Trefor and his wife Rosie attended coffee morning andpresented ADHD & Autism Support Harrow with a cheque for £6,000!! We are incredibly grateful for all the hard work that he has put in raising this money andcan't thank him enough.
However, it is still only October, and with a few months to go he is still working at raising money! You can still sponsor him via his Virgin Money Giving page.

The Empowering Ourselves to be Heard project is a very exciting new project which hopes to provide training and awareness about ADHD and autism to the wider community. It aims to empower parents, carers and individuals with ADHD and/or autism to go out into the community, with support, and share their stories. The aim is to educate teachers, hospitals, police, the fire service, hospitals etc, as well as the general public about what life is really like for them living with these conditions.
If you would be interested in booking training through the Empowering Ourselves project, please
