For directions and a map please click .

Services will be limited from 16th - 27th Feb. Courses that are currently running will carry on but the drop-in sessions will be closed. We will open in the new centre on Monday 2nd March with the first drop in session on Wednesday 4th from 10.30am till 12.30pm.

Having more space will allow us to continue offering the huge variety of services that we do, and will allow us to create the new services identified in our three year strategy plan.

We look forward to introducing both current, and new, members to our new home.

Christmas Wrapping

We are delighted that we raised a fantastic £1031 at our Charity Christmas Wrapping day this year. As always, we were wrapping non-stop from 9am until 9pm but the day is a lot of fun. We had a lot of support from members this year which was fantastic. Thank you to everyone who supported us on the day.

London Marathon 2015

We are very lucky to have not one, but two volunteers who are planning to run the London Marathon on our behalf in 2015. Rob Young, Therese’s cousin, has now run the marathon three times. He has secured his fourth place and wanted to use it as an opportunity to raise funds for AASH. We were also lucky enough to win a place through Virgin Money Giving. Alex Glynn has kindly volunteered to take that place. They are both training really hard and we will continue to update you on their progress. They will be looking for sponsorship and we would really appreciate if you would consider supporting them. We will send you sponsorship details in the Spring.

Thames Path Challenge

As many of you will be aware, on September 13th and 14th, staff, members, friends and a generous stranger took part in the Thames Path Challenge. We also had another generous stranger run the Isle of White Challenge on our behalf. We are incredibly grateful for the amazing support from everyone.

Thanks to Therese Glynn, Lynne Laverty, Emma Cooper, Leigh Andrews, Rosemary Lamaison, Joanne Kind, Lisa Monaghan O'Connor, Becky Tobin, Dave Walker, Graham Mullet, Sue Roberts, Larraine Levy, Francesca Lowe and Keith Hemshall we have raised over £10,000 and counting!

I'm sure you will agree that is a phenomenal sum of money to have raised and words cannot express how grateful we are to those who took part and to their very generous friends and family for their sponsorship.
